Seed collection and preparation

Fern Propagation

Fern spores are harvested for sowing in January. Ferns that were sown last year are potted in December for this years crop.

Research

To make sure that the gardening public as well as our consulting clients get the best plants available and most accurate information about plants and their habitats, we spend a lot of time doing research.  We need to know what plants grow in the wild together to help you be able to mimic that accurately in your garden. We do research into faunal associations so we know what plants will attract the animals you desire.

Potting Plants
Our plants are potted by hand by family members who take a great deal of pride in their work.Every plant is handled with care so you receive a hardy robust plant that is ready to take off in your garden.
